Albert's Peacock Blue Wall Tile
Good old-fashioned Victorian tiles are back in vogue, and we could wax lyrical about our Albertās range for hours on end.
Inspired by Prince Albert - who took an active interest in the arts - they epitomise traditional British craft at its best. Theyāre fired using a translucent glaze that puddles and pools over the surface, giving a rich and opulent shade when they leave the kiln.
Albertās Peacock Blue pays homage to the Victoriansā love of Persian blue pottery and tiles, examples of which can be found in the V&A museum archives.
Please note, these wall tiles have a crackled glaze finish and we recommend they're sealed with our Crackle Glaze Protector.
